Property taxes paid

Today we put the check in the mail to pay our annual property tax bill. Instead of drawing the expected $4,000 from our cash reserve held with EmigrantDirect, we only had to transfer $3,750 to our checking account.

Next year we’ll need to make the necessary contributions (around $300 per month) to our cash reserve to bring us back up to $13,000.
